Marie C. Freeman

After 25 years building a broad knowledge base in the real estate industry under the guidance of experts at Trammell Crow Company and the JPI Companies, Marie launched ACG-US Capital. Prior to forming ACG-US Marie spent 18-years with the JPI Real Estate Companies, a company which has overseen an estimated $13Billion in real estate transactions over 20+ years. Marie served in several capacities and most recently as the SVP & Operating Partner over the EB-5 Capital Raise Program. Through this platform, the JPI group partnered with foreign industry experts, located in Beijing, China, and raised $140M over 3-years for a number of multifamily real estate projects.  Prior to her time at JPI, Marie spent 7 years with Trammell Crow Company, one of the world’s largest real estate companies, an excellent training ground where a solid foundation was laid and a passion for real estate was planted.
